Stars in their Eyes - Week One

Well the time has finally come to reveal the first "STAR" for this year's competition. The DT ladies have been cooking up a storm over at the Patch and you are going to be blown away by the "STARS" this year, they are from all over the world and you will have loads of scrapping to be done over the next NINE weeks, so I certainly hope you have sufficient scrapping supplies to get you started....

It's time to reveal my "STAR" introducing the very talented JENNY EVANS-

My name is Jenny Evans from Ponca City, Oklahoma, US. I graduated from Oklahoma State University in December 2007, but have luckily been able to stay home with my family! I'm married to my amazing and supportive husband, who is also my high school sweetheart! We have 2 super sweet and adorable boys, Daniel (9) and Jacob (3) and one little hyper yorkie!

I dabbled in scrapbooking on and off for a few years after my oldest was born, and re-fell in love with it in April/May 2011. I have been full force since then and haven't looked back! My boys are my sole inspiration, though I am branching out and learning to scrap myself and other family (my adorable niece and nephew).



Jenny's style is quite unique, and I am sure you will LOVE scrapping her style, Here are a couple of Jenny's favourite layouts...

Your challenge is to design a layout in the style of the STAR, (not a scraplift of any of the STARS'
designs) so be sure to go do your homework and check our her blog to see what inspires you the most.

JUDGING

They will then be judged by the STAR. Each week points will be awarded for first (4 pts), second(3pts) and third (2pts), and all other entries will receive 1 pt. At the conclusion of the competition the one with the most points will bag the STAR prize, with second and third receiving a consolation prize.
