More Basic Grey Inspiration!

Good morning to you all! I'm here today to share with you my final layout utilizing the Nordic Holiday collection from Basic Grey. I used mainly scraps on this one to create the matted area behind my photos. I wanted it to be as busy as my little Gunner is! Get him outside and AWAY he goes!
I chose to use some of the cooler tones, combining the greys and blues, and threw in just a few hints of red to keep your interest. I love how the little bird draws your attention to the journaling- isn't he just adorable? One of the many cute stickers included with the 12x12 sticker sheet. I popped him up with a small foam adhesive square to add some dimension.
As you can also see, I have used my sewing machine to add little details here and there- it is definitely one of my most treasured of scrapbooking tools! I used it to create the journaling lines here- a surefire way to make sure you write in a straight line :).I sure hope you were able to draw some inspiration from here today! And I hope I've encouraged you to try out this gorgeous collection yourself! I have all of my supplies listed below, including direct links to each individual piece in the Scrappin' Patch store to make is easier on you :).
Take care and have a wonderful day!!
